Join this 9-day transformative journey with like-minded individuals dedicated to evolving their leadership and impact in the world.
Deep experiences, create deep questioning, leading to deep commitment. Be inspired, nourished, and align how you see the world, and your role in it. Reconnect with yourself and nature. Reconnection requires listening, allowing yourself to pay attention to ecological processes that have existed for millennia.
Embark on a transformative journey in one of Earth's oldest ecosystems from 27th March until 4th April 2025. This Wilderness Leadership Immersion offers you the chance to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Kruger National Park and at the same time develop your leadership skills in a unique, wild setting.
We will learn directly from the nature around us: adaptability, resilience, cooperation, connectedness and more. This will fundamentally change your view of living systems and enable you to apply it to your leadership. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and grow as a leader in one of Africa's most renowned wildlife sanctuaries.
The world is waiting for leaders like you. It’s time to answer the call.
RECONNECT. RETHINK. REGENERATE.
What to expect going on this experience:
Let nature be your guide. Embark on a journey through Kruger’s diverse biomes and abundant wildlife across three distinct locations. Immerse yourself in the heart of the bush. Prepare to reflect on your own leadership journey, evolving towards a more life-centric approach. Each day of our immersion is meticulously crafted to harmonise with the local ecosystem, allowing ample space for exploration, inspiration, individual and group reflection, and immersion in nature.
You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, a deeper connection to the natural world, and a fresh perspective on your leadership and impact.
Regenerative leadership is something that is not just to be cognitively understood but also experienced and embodied – which is why we have chosen this specific format as it is the most effective learning environment.
Our immersive experience will empower you to:
Dive deeper into what Regenerative Leadership means: It goes beyond mere "sustainability" and transcends the confines of additional rules and regulations and “doing good”. Learn about essential regenerative principles applicable to leadership and business, drawing inspiration from nature and living systems.
Gain insight into the natural and social ecosystems of Kruger. Learn from our local partners with years of experience in working in and around Kruger about keystone species, biomes and much more.
Cultivate deeper awareness and understanding of yourself, unraveling mental models and tapping into your diverse intelligences to lead change: mind, emotions, intuition and body. Break through any barriers that are holding you back from unleashing your full potential.
Reflect on your current and future leadership role in the world. Explore how to evolve your leadership and contribution.
Radical honesty. Understand what is required for yourself and your team to be radically honest (with compassion) and by that support each others’ development.
The importance of tension for evolution. Gracefully navigating the dynamic interplay between self and system, connection and autonomy. Understand and develop the resilience to embrace tension and complexity, mastering the art of navigating dynamic environments.
Understand learning organisations. Transition from a mindset of control and management to one of sensing and responding in leadership, fostering autonomy, development, performance, resilience and innovation.
Play with the idea of value circulation. Take a different view on your business model and the value your business or organisation is adding to strengthen the systems it is part of.
With a small group setting limited to just 8 guests, you'll enjoy an intimate atmosphere conducive to deep learning and connection. English will be the language of communication.
Don’t miss the opportunity to join a group of curious leaders and entrepreneurs!
“This wilderness experience was truly transformative. I’ve learned to appreciate the wisdom within me, rather than seeking answers outside myself. The indirect, subtle approach of the facilitators was powerful, allowing me to discover my own truths. And there was also enough structure to define my leadership path forward. My connection with the natural world has deepened - it feels personal now. It opened a new door, helping me feel at peace while igniting excitement for what lies ahead. I’ll forever treasure the passion, perspectives, and experience of all facilitators who guided this journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone seeking clarity, connection, and levelling up their leadership."
