The approach is based on integral and conscious leadership, vertical development, neuro-systemic coaching, and positive psychology and entirely tailored to your situation.

Each session has a specific topic and there is enough space to explore and transform your individual challenges. After each session you will have concrete insights and actions to reflect on and integrate. For more consciousness, calmness and impact!

In order for the coaching to unfold its maximum effectiveness, I will ask you to do accompanying (moving) mediations and self-reflections, because only in this way you will continuously develop more awareness for yourself and others.

I am a business coach and advisor with a deep focus on leadership development, transformation, and sustainable business practices. I have guided leaders through critical transitions, including career changes, successful first 100-day programs, and scaling businesses from founder to CEO.
