Change (y)our game: Unleash your full potential

For the past 1.5 years, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of personal and leadership development. After more than a decade in consulting, I initially embarked on this journey to determine how I could best contribute to the challenges ahead - such as regenerative business, new work models, social divide, and exponential technologies. But as I delved deeper, I realised it was about much more than just my next career step or working smarter. Ultimately, it was about connecting with my purpose.

The journey to finding my purpose

Finding purpose was not easy:

  • I started with an online course aimed at “finding my calling.” While I gained insights into myself, my purpose still felt vague.

  • I tried coaching, which helped clarify my purpose somewhat, but there were still question marks about the specifics of my next steps.

  • I learned from leading coaches and experts, experimented with their approaches and tools, and followed my curiosity and passion.🔥

And it worked. After reading 100 books, completing 10 online courses and trainings, and conducting 200 practice sessions and coachings, I can confidently say that everyone has the power to change their life—and coaching is a powerful tool to do so, faster.

The three pillars of personal transformation

The following three pillars have made the most significant difference in my journey:

  1. Know thyself: Gain clarity about who you are and what you truly want. This involves understanding your purpose, creating a vision, and raising your ambition. It also requires accepting your underlying needs and fears.

  2. Self-mastery: Develop holistically by establishing a system of habits that help you focus on what’s important, maintain a positive mindset, and generate more energy.

  3. Conscious leadership: Continuously develop your awareness of self and others. This enhances your ability to communicate openly, appreciatively, and authentically. You will also learn how to create space for people and ideas to grow and evolve.

By focusing on these areas, you can grow faster, stay balanced, and make a more significant impact.
