Connect with your best self: Insights from the Next Level Retreat in Mallorca

Regenerative, Empowering, Fulfilling - These were just a few of the words participants used to describe their experience at the Next Level Retreat in the beautiful setting of Mallorca. This transformative event focused on the critical elements for personal and professional growth: listening in, setting meaningful goals, overcoming challenges, and leading with deeper connections to ourselves and others.

Key takeaways from the retreat

During this five-day retreat, we explored some of the most important questions for personal mastery and leadership:

  • Who is your best self? What brings fulfillment to your life?

  • Where do you envision yourself a year from now?

  • What do you need to let go of to move forward?

  • How can you manage your energy for optimal regeneration?

  • Are you ready to take 100% responsibility for the reality you are creating?

  • Would you rather be curious or be right?

These questions guided our journey, helping participants tap into their inner strength and clarity.

Participant experiences: A transformative journey

One participant described the retreat as "a huge boost of energy, asking the right questions, and gaining guidance, self-reflection, and insights through group sharing." Another highlighted the perfect mix of coaching and movement, stating, "It was five days that felt like fourteen, where I had the time and beautiful surroundings to let my mind ponder, exchange with others, and be inspired — with great food, sun, and everything the soul craves."

Participants were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to open up and connect with the group. Many left with a renewed focus, expressing intentions like "more love and less fear/limiting beliefs on a personal level" and the courage to "do more of what I love, 100% of the time."

Others noted their commitment to "solving conflicts differently and leading more consciously," "strategizing and playing more," and understanding that "the change is in me."

A heartfelt thank you

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this retreat an extraordinary experience. A special thanks to Egidijus Kel from Hamburg Athletics, Brenda, Roland & Team from the magical Finca Osa Major, and Ida from Cure/Ate. Your love, attention to detail, and dedication made this event more than I could have ever hoped for.

The power of in-person connection

This retreat confirmed once again the empowering effect of coming together in person, in nature, with curiosity and a shared commitment to personal growth. My purpose is to help people truly connect with themselves and others and to foster the creation of more conscious businesses and society.

Here's to more transformative collaborations!
