I’m a coach and mentor with a passion for leadership transformation and regenerative business. My work focuses on guiding visionary leaders through pivotal transitions - whether it’s stepping into a new role, scaling from founder to CEO, or navigating the uncharted complexities of growth and change.
Before dedicating myself to coaching, I spent over a decade in consulting with boutique firms and Accenture, shaping digital transformation strategies, creating innovative business models, and working directly with C-level leaders of German DAX companies. Those years gave me a profound understanding of the business world’s structures, challenges, and opportunities.
Today, I bridge that expertise with innovative, conscious, and regenerative leadership practices. My approach is global, systemic, and deeply personal, shaped by a holistic worldview and years of experience helping leaders find clarity and thrive in complexity.
I’ve learned directly from pioneers in leadership like Gunther Schmidt at the Milton Erickson Institute, Giles Hutchins, and Carol Sanford. As a member of the European Association of Supervision & Coaching, I’m committed to the highest standards of coaching and mentorship.
